1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement, hereinafter the Agreement, is a public offer of the terms of use of the website https://maisontoloka.com, hereinafter the Website, represented by the Website Owner, hereinafter the Website Administration, and third parties, individuals and or legal entities, hereinafter the User.

1.2. The User must fully read this Agreement before using the Website, registering on it, or providing information to the Website Administration in any manner, including but not limited to phone communication, Personal Account, User Cart, submitting information for feedback purposes, and other methods.

1.3. Registration on the Website or providing personal information by any of the methods listed in clause 1.2 means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the User.

1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, use of the Website must be immediately terminated.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1. 3. PROCEDURE FOR USING THE WEBSITE

9. CHANGES

9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement.

9.2. Changes apply to all Users and take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
